For maximum optimal use, your shed should be placed on a level foundation. It is important that the foundation type chosen will allow your shed’s door to have proper swing action as well as allow for proper drainage and tight framing with no leakage, so as not to cause long term damage.
Any site work required at the site is your responsibility OR it can be undertaken by us by agreement. That being said, at no additional cost, we can install your shed on a pre-existing concrete slab, gravel pad or other flat level surface, like a driveway. If you don't have a pre-existing concrete slab, gravel pad or other flat level surface available, we can also build a wood frame floor foundation when placing your shed on grass or other surface using either 4x4 treated wood beams or concrete blocks, at no additional cost.
In order to get electric serviced to your shed without requiring a licensed electrician, we install an RV electric hookup which is the quickest, easiest, and most cost effective means of getting electricity to your shed.
A 15amp Waterproof Shore Power Inlet Plug will be installed on the exterior of your shed when the Electrical Package is purchased, for an additional fee. From the interior of your shed, electric power can service electronics and tools via a 6-outlet Surge Protector Power Strip provided in the Electrical Package.
Again, without requiring the need for a licensed plumber, we utilize the RV water hose inlet hookup that is connected with a standard garden hose, from your existing onsite water supply, for the quickest, easiest, and most cost effective means of getting water to your shed.
An RV Water Hose hookup will be affixed to the exterior of your shed to provide a fresh water source for the sink and/or shower or tub hookups, when the Plumbing Package is purchased, for an additional fee.
